Political Bowl Season stickers were designed and printed as part of the Prologue 2012 exhibition at Houston’s Skydive Art Space in February. There were just over 100 stickers printed (20 of each of the 5 designs, along with an artist proof set.) These stickers are now available for purchase here via PayPal.

10 of each card are available as singles at $5 apiece. There are also ten complete sets of the five designs at a discounted rate of $20.

Stickers will be mailed in protective envelopes through the U.S. Postal Service at an additional flat rate of $2 per purchase. Several items may be combined into a single purchase. Note: I will not be shipping internationally at this time.

The city of Houston is debuting two art fairs in the fall of 2011. Houston Fine Art Fair happens in September, while Texas Contemporary – the result of a disgruntled spinoff from the former – touches down in October. (Glasstire has a thorough article on the origin of these two fairs and subsequent drama.)

I wanted to have a bit of fun with these two entities and created a webpage that portrays the two fairs in a competitive manner. Each fair is represented by a floating construction of its site’s favicon logo atop a background of the Houston skyline. Clicking on each of these will allow you to “favify” the page, creating a swarm of smaller red and yellow icons. (See screenshot below.)
